Rah, I did an ADF challenge for 2 weeks and I lost 10 pounds. Colleen Marie care on TH-cam was the host of the challenge she has a lot of ADF videos. If you’re looking to lose weight fast this will work for sure. The discipline part is hard that’s why I fell off. But It works if you have the will power.😊
Rah to target your belly area besides your usual workouts u should follow fitness Belinda. Everytime I see my belly starting to poke I go to her videos and it really works but u may want to do the workout in private or just with hubby around because it is something different lol. Your kids will look at u sideways especially the big ones🤦🏽♀️❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
20lbs in 1 month is not healthy Rah. Just focus on your lifestyle changes and healthier eating and you will lose the weight and maintain the weight loss over time. I don’t want you to be discouraged because it is hard, unhealthy and unsustainable for anyone to lose that much weight within a month. If you get 10k steps daily, exercise (including strength training) 4-5 days/week and clean up your diet more you’ll have great results

I really don’t think she’ll be focused enough to lose that much since she said the typical “I want to lose 20lbs by my birthday”. How long have you been a nutritionist? Do you enjoy it?
@@stacyadams994 But also I work in healthcare and have studied tons about the body as well. Losing more than 1-2lbs/weekly for an extended period of time isn’t healthy on the body. Losing 20lbs is healthy but in a quick timeframe isn’t sustainable and puts extra strain on the body, risks deficiencies and muscle injury due to muscle loss. Knowing that she is not exercise regularly nor eat clean it would be irresponsible to let her think it’s healthy to try to drop weight so fast without proper guidance. Without guidance people tend to starve themselves or workout way too hard and injure themselves of increase their stress hormones which makes weight loss harder and that’s unhealthy. If she cleans up her diet and starts exercising she can drop a few lbs of water weight quick but fat loss takes time. 20lbs in 1 months is more than likely going to cause her to loss muscle not just fat which isn’t healthy.
