Modified Bosch Toy Washer Cottons Auto

Hello all! I wanted to demonstrate program, temperature, and spin speed selection as well as a portion of a complete cycle.
If you pay attention, you can see the remaining time of the cycle increases as the machine thinks that’s the right amount of time. I’ve implemented this decision algorithm by training a fuzzy logic model. This algorithm also influences the amount of water used by the machine for main wash and rinses.
Unfortunately though, the motor driver heated up just in time for the interim spin so I had to stop recording as to not damage the circuitry. I will do more research and share plenty more videos in the near future. Stay tuned!

unbalanced spins are possible but it’s impossible for the drum to hit the glass with this stiff of a suspension system
