Hi, I was designing a similar model in Ansys but had a question. If I had another layer beneath the composite layer of certain thickness and that layer comprised of liner plastic material, how should I go about the process?
Is it possible to do composite analysis of solids not just surfaces? I've tried, my solid geometry does appear in ACP setup, only shells and surfaces appear.
I made surfaces and shells and then generated a solid model from them in ACP, worked like magic. However, I now have errors in the solver, probably due to insufficient contacts.

how you create lookup table?
what does the correction angle, from the draping option actually do to the setup?

All I've ever got to work is surfaces/shells

simulation of delamination and debonding in composite cylindrical structure is possible or not...
Sorry, too low resolution.
Please,
tell me, how to create look-up tables for different thickness on the vessel bottom?
Do you use specialized program for this case?
Sir did you find out how to create lookup table?
