how this device view is fully rounded notch view like ipad, and xs max cant get this kind of view

It's because iphone se has a 16:9 aspect ratio, which is the same aspect ratio used by many ipads. Iphone xs uses 19.5:9 aspect ratio, which is taller and narrower, and this inherently limits the horizontal FOV in games like Pubgm
