My aunt was 6'1" (her husband was 6'10"), so she had extra high kitchen counters because the highest "regular" height was still too low. The old kitchen in my place had very low counters that barely reached past my hips (and I'm not super tall at only 5'8") because the last owner was very short. I'd say it's a mixture of both being short and high counters.

Literally every diet is whatever the diet consists of PLUS watching your calories because ultimately you will never lose weight intaking more than you’re burning. None of these off the wall diets ever want to acknowledge that point. No, eating three pounds of bacon a day isn’t going to lose weight even if there’s not a single carb in it lol

She even banned me then made fun of MY mental disorders as well. They claim to be neurodivergent but romantize and make fun of more severe disorders. Its messed up.
