I’ve struggled maintaining a healthy balanced diet this past month so I decided to show you what I ate in a day to get myself back onto better eating habits. Kick starting my goals before entering the new year!

Giiiiirl! Since I was little, when I didn't like the dish my mother makes and if we have ripe mangoes at home, I ate my white rice with the mangoes, nothing else. It's sooooo good, esp. if the mangoes are sweet and no longer sour.
