Transcendent Ban is a best counter to himself, like you one shotting enemy's Ban with 2 attacks and so on. All depends from a box cc and who is going first.

It depends also on what team you using I did survive against ban many times just because I was using red Arthur to buff up my max hp

Ban twigo arthur liz or griamore
Put hp crit defense on all mf
Use new human card set or R set for twigo 🤷‍♂️
