The trick is to understand what suits your scalp! What oil did your mum massage your head with as a child??? If coconut/castor/amla oil suited you well then it's best that you give curry leaves/onion seeds/fenugreek or anything you like for that matter a good mix, enough sun exposure and then apply on scalp. Onion juice is also a remedy but doesn't suit every person! Heating your oil before application can cause hair fall for some! Listen to your body and give it what it needs. Keep the prepared potion in intense hot sunlight for 15 days. You can use this oil in the day time. Definately wash out the oil with Luke warm or cold water at night and before sleeping apply the curry oil mentioned in this video.
