Now the chance of getting at least 1 DLore in 40 packages:
= 1 - (chance of getting 0 DLores from 40 packages
= 1 - (3905/3906)^40
= 1.01897%
Yeah, being roughly 1 / 4000, he would of had 40 / 4000 roughly, which is 1% +/-
