I recently came across your channel and i can't explain how much i love watching your videos... you inspire me sm and i find so much joy in pottery, thank you!! 💓💓
Wow that’s the best compliment I could hope for! Thank you so much for the encouragement ❤️ I’m happy you can find inspiration from my videos! Are you doing pottery yourself as well?
@@thecarmeister yes! I started Dec last year and I've learnt so so much!! finding this community of ppl who shares the same passion as me makes me happy 😭 thank you for all your hard work
You have a beautiful studio, Carmen 😍And beautiful vibes in general, I've been binge-watching your videos and I can't get enough! A question that came up watching your tour: How do you vent your kiln? Do you not need to keep it close to a window with some kind of pipe to get the fumes out?
I've watched this video a few times to get inspired and set up my own space... thank you! Would you mind sharing where you got the modular shelf system? I thought it was from IKEA but not finding it.
Thank you! It's really coming together 😊 I started by taking a course, which is what I'd recommend to anyone interested in ceramics! There's only so much you can do from home without a kiln. And being able to ask a teacher questions is of course incredibly helpful 😄
I picked up the plaster board at the local ceramics supply store, and the table itself is from ikea! My ware boards are plywood I got cut to size at the hardware store. They won't last forever because they will definitely warp over time, but it's an affordable option for the time being :)
Hi! Shimpo makes an adjustable height stool for your wheel. You can make it lower in the front, so that you’re slightly leaning forward. I’ve been meaning to pick one up for myself and upgrade from my inexpensive ikea stool too! Love the studio! Such a nice space for creating!
Loving these videos!

How about a doctors stool that is padded and adjustable on wheels. Or a shower stool that is padded.

Thank you so much 😊
Lindo demais seu trabalho! Qual argila você usa por gentileza?
New studio looks lovely! How did you learn ceramics?
