Ms. Becky, I keep forgetting to tell u how adorable u are when u say, "we" made something "together", or "we" went shopping "together". U make me feel like I actually participated with u, like good friends would do!! U have such a sweet personality, u'r bubbly, content, seem at peace and that, in turn, feels like we were actually sitting with u in ur kitchen making good, homegrown food to feed our people!! Please promise to never change the way u are, trust me, we love u exactly as u are, no pretences, no attitude of being better than others, just very humble and grateful for all u have!! I can't wait to see u and Josh become parents, it's the best and toughest experience u'll go through in life and every second is so worth it!! Remember to be gentle with urself, if u just don't have it in u to put out new videos every other day, we will understand!! If some followers complain about it, my motto is, "keep scrolling and don't let the door hit u in the butt"!! I really am a nice person, but at my age, (60), I have less time or patience for snarky people. It just isn't necessary, wisdom and older age has helped me to that realization!! Kindness costs nothing and actually lifts, not only ur spirit, but others as well!! Thank u for sharing ur beautiful life with us, it makes this granny so happy to see u!! Happy Holidays to u and urs from me and mine in Alaska!!💖💖👩‍🦳💖💖

I wish I was there to show you an easy way to clean your cast iron skillet. I saw this on TH-cam but I have forgotten the channel. Here goes: scrape as much off the pan as you can, sit your pan in the sink, pour boiling water over it (no soap in iron skillets). Let it sit there a minute and use a plastic or wooden scrapper on the bottom and sides. I put my William Sonoma rubber gloves on for that part because the water was boiling. Rinse, dry and put a tiny bit of olive oil on a paper towel and rub the oil all over the inside of the skillet. Turn the paper towel over and dry it as if you’re rubbing off the oil. Your skillet will look so nice. Your skillets look nice any way Becky. Tell us how you clean yours. FYI. A few times I’ve used a plastic pancake turner that has a straight edge but mostly I use a scraper. I love your channel. Josh is a lucky husband to have you cooking for him.

If you cut down into the chicken, and not side cut it. There is a certain way to cut your chicken, so the cheese doesn’t melt out all over your pan. And so that’s why you wrap in chicken after stuffing with cheese it seal’s the cheese. So you don’t end up with a big mess of melted cheese. And it adds an extra dimension to the chicken. It tastes delicious.

Your cranberry jalapeno cream cheese mixture would be good stuffed in a chicken breast. You could put a little less sugar in the mixture so it's not as sweet, but I think it would be delicious.

Have you considered sprouting seed for microgreen during th period where your garden isn't producing. Then you can still have fresh greens. Like broccoli, alfalfa, mung beans. I doesn't require a medium to grow in, just a large jar.

Hi Becky, chefs would kill for the coriander roots and stems. Consider freezing and then mortar to add to soups, curries and Asian style meals. Although you could freeze dry these and grind them into a powder and add these as mentioned.Chickens are getting the best bits. In regards to stuffing for pork chops ...prunes, herbs, garlic, fried bread crumbs in butter makes a great stuffing.

I am still enjoying both snow in my yard AND fresh tomatoes. I had about 50 lbs that were green and they have been ripening in my basement. They are NOT as good as the vine ripened ones but still a LOT better than the grocery store Tomatoes.

Seeing as you like your cranberry salsa over cream cheese I would like to share another similar recipe for what I like to serve over cream cheese it’s called Jezebel sauce. 1 jar of apple jelly any brand, 1 jar of pineapple preserves and one jar of apricot jelly or preserves mix the jars together in a bowl and add horseradish to taste and pepper let it chill and pour over a room temp block of cream cheese and we dip it with wheat thins as well the combination of flavors and the horseradish is lovely…

Just a friendly tip. Never put anything scented on a table you are going to sit and eat at. The reason being as if the scent is strong like those cinnamon pinecones, it will effect your eating experience. The flavour of your food will be altered as our taste buds are effected by our scent receptors. So be careful with putting scented candles, flowers or decor that have a scent.

Instead of scrubbing or putting something down on your cast iron, put like 1/2"-1" of water in there and boil it for about ten minutes. It loosens everything and if you rinse it while it's still warm (but not boiling) the stuff in the cast iron just wipes RIGHT out!!

Hi Becky, next time you stuff chicken breast, don't open the chicken up all the way. Just make like a little pocket on the side of the chicken. That way you won't lose any stuffing when you're cooking them 😊
