No he can't! He tapped his feet a couple of times and then was taught the most basic of Irish dance steps which a three-year old could do. Don't credit him with something that he can't do!

that is the style of Irish dancing the arms stay pinned to the side the thought was in puritanical catholic times dancing was discouraged the compromise was they were not allowed to wave their arms around hence the fancy footwork
