This video is a godsend. Thank you! I'm interested in Yawgmoth very much and play a Birthing Ritual deck but with little to no success. These loops are something I need to practice to get the much needed advantage, thank you again!
i dont even play Yawgmoth anymore but this Viedeos about the carzy combos the deck can do, are still so intressting to see. Awsome work with the sheets and the explaing
We played an event last weekend and i actually decided never to play more the 1 Endurance so that I wouldn’t have to learn those loops 😂. Thx for the video
Thanks Thiago. I played Ballista a few weeks ago in a video. I try it often, but it is frequently underwhelming. I’m open to trying new things if they’re good. Cheers my friend!
You always have to do the 'make damage' combo. No time for the other shenanigans. On the other hand you have to exile always 2 green cards from your hand. This could be a problem.
Am I missing something? Is there a reason you can't sac Innkeeper after evoking the two Endurance but before their triggers resolve to get +2 life? like: loop creatures (1 card left in deck) evoke evoke sac innkeeper (draw last card) shuffle chord for innkeeper endurance triggers resolve edit: I guess it depends on the order of the three cards left in your library, if you drew the 2 endurance or 1 endurance + chord.
The life isn’t super relevant…you can get one extra trigger with innkeeper if you evoke the first endurance before sacrificing the innkeeper, but then it makes memorizing the sequencing harder. Technically the right play, but when trying to streamline learning the loops, it’s not ideal adding an extra step that has nothing to do with the established pattern from other loops.
Is the benefits just that you don't have to play blood artist? So you play second endurance instead? Won't it be a problem against decks like energy that can make a lot of life, amazing visualisation tho! Remember reading over this when i first started to learn yawg
I‘m watching this Video for Hours to learn the combos, do you have also a decklist? For b&r i player ballista do you think it is worth now? And I think I Need to Check your patreon
I have a downloadable PDF on my Patreon that has all of the steps written down. You should check it out! We have an awesome community with tons of content. Every Friday I release a video on my Patreon called 'List of the Week', which is my recommended list for the week. Last week's list can be found here: moxfield.com/decks/4c-pdYeOykKt1H-wO6NPSA I typically don't play Ballista because it feels underwhelming when I play it. With that being said, I'm open minded.
This is the most premium content a deck could have. Thanks for your work!
Thank you for your kind words. I’m glad you think so!! 🙏🏼

You don't have to do it...Often times you can just wipe their board with Hapatra and draw a bunch of cards, and that's good enough.
Am I missing something? Is there a reason you can't sac Innkeeper after evoking the two Endurance but before their triggers resolve to get +2 life?
like:
loop creatures (1 card left in deck)
evoke evoke
sac innkeeper (draw last card)
shuffle
chord for innkeeper
endurance triggers resolve
edit: I guess it depends on the order of the three cards left in your library, if you drew the 2 endurance or 1 endurance + chord.

@@Control4Daze Thanks for the reply! Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something that would prevent that line.

If you can establish the loop, you can instead wipe their board, gain a ton of life, make a bajillion snakes, and kill them next turn.
And yes, the point is to be able to cut the Blood Artist 🩸

@@Control4DazeI often kill with cauldron and ballista +roots exiled and i love this combo
So this only works until all green cards are in exile from evoking right? Not infinite?
Correct.
@Control4Daze thank you! Just making sure I wasn't missing something lol
Y NO SLEEVES?>
The light reflects off of them and you can't see the cards 😝
Sleeves are lame. Raw dog that shit
Exactly!
Creature combo player 4 life
4 Lyfe! 🙌
