    John Meadows is an American professional bodybuilder and entrepreneur with an intriguing story. While John now boasts a successful career as an IFBB Pro bodybuilder and fitness company owner, his journey towards the top was extremely difficult.
    Growing up, John never met his father, and his mother died at an extremely young age. This meant John only had his grandmother to take care of him. When his grandmother tragically passed away in 1999, John was left alone without his family to support him.
    As the years went by, John continued to face new adversities in his life. During his early days in bodybuilding, John suffered from a rare colon disease. After fighting the disease for several months, his colon burst - almost resulting in his death. Luckily, John was quickly rushed to an emergency room where his life was saved. After several months of recovery, John was finally back on his feet.
    Coming back into bodybuilding, John used the very obstacles that almost cost him his life as ‘fuel’ to grow stronger. Ever since he recovered from the colon surgery, John has gone on to become a successful bodybuilder, entrepreneur, and inspiration for many people all over the world.

      John, just wanted to say that I am a big fan of yours and have been for a long time because your real, down to earth, and honest. Just wanted to let you know personally I feel your "perfect" workout videos are not like you and are like everyone else who puts videos on youtube. I dont think you really believe that there is one "perfect workout". Just my two cents man, just love how you are different in the industry and dont want you to lose that.

      I feel you, it is true that there is no 1 perfect workout, that is why I am doing constant new ones, instead of just one and quitting..THANK YOU! I'll never change.

      Hi John I read that you should lift 3 times a week for each body part. So to do this I need a two day workout for everything. Could you give me an idea on what two day workout is best. thanks. I’m currently taking a lot of protein for gains.

    • @JT15C
      @JT15C 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      JARRET MATTA The split is working really well! It’s Push-Pull-Legs-Off-Upper-Lower-Off. Every muscle gets hit 2 times per week and gets 72-96 hours of rest. I’m military so I do a lot of running and calisthenics on top of this, hence why I allotted the extra recovery time for each muscle group.

    All nice and good but we don't all have those machines to work with. Good video, though.

      I realize that, so I mention to try and simulate. When I travel to go to these cool gyms I prefer to try new stuff.
