The fact he did everything BUT that, and later admitted to inappropriately messaging a minor, coupled with the fact he SPECIFICALLY stated that “no pictures were shared” and “they never met in person” strongly suggests that messages were of a sexual nature, and that because no pictures were shared and they never met in person then he never committed a crime - which is true. He’s saying “yes, I sent inappropriate messages but I never exchanged pics, never met up, so I never broke any laws”

Arbitration is used to avoid court and lawyer fees by the company, i don’t think the girl reported him to the authorities probably just twitch which good for her since he got banned

The fact that they were apparently completely fine with his actions as long as they weren't happening on their platform is sickening. Why do you think his statement included things like "I was never going to act on the conversations" or "no photos were exchanged"? Because hooking up with someone underage or possessing pictures of them unclothed are DEFINITELY crimes. In any case, it wouldn't be the first time a company used hush money and NDA's to cover up criminal activity. So even if there was illegal activity, doesn't mean they wouldn't try to throw a settlement and NDA at it.

I'm usually cool with Papa Stanimus. But I disagree with him saying teens can be wild. That she bore some of the responsibility. FFS.
