Hello, I tried your video and it did not work, I tried apple support 3 times and it did not work, I tried flashing a new ipsw onto my iphone, resetting network settings, resseting all settings, erasing all, and my time zone will change to anything but my location, I'm sure it's not a hardware problem. I WANNA KNOW WHY THIS HAPPENS, IT CHANGES TO COCKBURN TOWN BUT WONT CHANGE TO CAIRO/EGYPT!!! had this issue for a long time.
