Watching these panels after Homestuck is over with is really strange. Also very sad. All these people who connected so well up on stage just kinda faded away. Half of these tumblrs are either inactive or moved. Like, what happened to that Dave cosplayer? Or that Jade? Or everybody else. 2011 to 2014 was such a strange time for Conventions. Homestuck cosplays every where, unsealed paint, the intricate horns. If any of these people in the panels come across this comment. Tell us how you are, nothing more, nothing less.
I know this is hella old, but the dave and the dirk are still (semi) active on Instagram! Although they don't do as many cosplays now I think. The Dirk is @firecrackerstorm and Dave is @dethruki!
This is a two year old comment but I'll reply to it anyways. I'm the Karkat here. My tumblr is Cannibal-Wings and my twitter is Cannibal_Wings. I fell out of the Homestuck fandom when it ended, I poked around some of the tags for a little bit after it was over, but my interests migrated to other things.
Many of us from this friendgroup are still friends and still keep in touch, though naturally some of us drifted. Sometimes its sad to look back at these panels and see all of the people I've lost touch with, but at the same time I will always cherish the memories we made doing these little stand up comedy sketches.
Personally, I'm doing ok. Probably the best I've been in a while, despite the current world status being: Shitshow.
