+MrPostmaniac Oops apparently there are only pictures before the custom tunnel and 144, it's only a 136 in those. I will take a walk around video this winter.
I remember in your build thread you said you had used a 136 Yamaha track and skid for this. Do you happen to know what Yamaha it came off of? Comparing skids it looks like it's from an early 90's Yamaha Vmax
Man that thing rips! Did you do the port work yourself? What clutch are you running? Custom pipe or off something else? I have a super clean 78 jag that I'm planning to mod out as well.
What kind of clutch did you use? I read your article on this resto mod. I won't tell anyone your secret. I'm looking for a clutch to replace my hex if you don't mind telling your clutching secret.
TheNortherner you can tell by the dash and the tank on a 77 is metal and the sleds come out before 1977 like the 2019 sleds are already out so it is 1978 and there is a big difference like the hood is completely different by metal I ment the tank
That was the most bad ass sled video I have ever seen!

I don’t know where you are, but I wish I could sled in a place like that! That was awesome. Thanks for posting!
Smithers, British Columbia! Thank you for watching!
@@TheNortherner88way to much snow. Don't let. Off the throttle
I have a 144 x 2" Challenger on it. I don't have the old track anymore.

+TheNortherner Awesome! I'll look at the thread and wait for winter!
+TheNortherner Oh and btw. How do you think the 340 keep up spinning that track?
how did you get those paddles to fit
For that secret you will need to do some googling! There is a build thread on Vintage Sleds for this resto-mod
how much did this cost you to do this is soooo badass!
Best video on TH-cam
what kinda track do you have on this? you don't still have the old cleats that a lot of these come with do you?
I remember in your build thread you said you had used a 136 Yamaha track and skid for this. Do you happen to know what Yamaha it came off of? Comparing skids it looks like it's from an early 90's Yamaha Vmax
It was a touring sled skid
how big are the paddles on this machine
Standard track. No paddles
Amazing scenery. Ski resort?
Nope, just another mountain in Northern British Columbia!
Ah gotcha. I wondered PowderKing or something... lol
Man that thing rips! Did you do the port work yourself? What clutch are you running? Custom pipe or off something else? I have a super clean 78 jag that I'm planning to mod out as well.
108EXP Comet Clutch, stock pipe with a stinger and I did the engine work myself
@@TheNortherner88 Thanks for the reply, what track and skid are you running? Did you just port the jugs or deck them too? Timing advance?
Does it have a created track
Cleated
No
77 ?
Not a 1977 unless the hood has been replaced
Those old cats are tanks eh
Jag is light af
I only traded beer for parts.
+TheNortherner OH and bought the clutch, sorry it's been a while.

that is not a 1977
The plate on the tunnel seems to disagree with you lol

Damn. I just got 1978 Jag 340 running. It’s not 1/4 the sled that is
ha ha thanks! Keep on tinkering and it will be
I have some high hp modern sleds... but I want a 150hp jag/phaser. Not sure if that’s realistic
How’d you raise your bars?
