Brilliant speech from Joe as always 💪 especially after a hard day at work and I've planned to run that day its cold raining but the voice in my head what tells me BE THE BEST I CAN BE to give 100% always wins over the voice was says lets have a day off put the Tele on switch the fire on n put my feet , you can do this after and boy does it feel so much better knowing that you achieved your Training objective for the day still waiting to do my first Spartan trifecta in the UK what I paid for over a year ago was lucky enough to be able to do my first hurricane heat was special fingers crossed for June in Wales 3 days booked in Brecon beacons taking the lil boy and the Mrs can't wait to see the stars in the best place in UK to see the milky way and hopefully I'll be one of them 😊💪🏃🙏
