    I noticed that along with the swing there was a lot of upper body rotation as well. Do you do it to add a bit of 'natural' deception into your shot coz it looks pretty cool that way.

      Absolutely. I do often work on deception that way, in addition to working on movement off the shot. All the best,

    Great video but how does one even start? I cannot hit a forehand with enough power for the ball to bounce of the back wall.

      You don't need to bounce off the back wall, but it helps to place the ball higher, instead of hitting harder

      Height is definitely your friend. You want to have your technique assessed by a coach / pro because you're likely not doing a few things that will help generate pace (without requiring a ton of strength per se).
