Great bar, spent one afternoon in there on our last trip to NYC and it turned into a night. Met great locals. Lovely Greek bakery next door too.

We travelled there from Newcastle Uk this September and did Rudy's bar and grill a couple of times. Great bar and yes, we got free hot dogs each time. We didn't ask for a hot dog with each beer as we just weren't that hungry (or greedy.) Good juke box, friendly staff and reasonable prices for pitchers.
Loved it! Finally a spot in Manhattan with good prices & great atmosphere, and free hot dogs! Some inspiration on my wife’s birthday weekend 🍺

Went today (a Monday). 3/4s full before 5pm. Staff are really sweet, beer was cold, and the hot dog was perfect. It was a vibe!

That’s the way I love my hot dogs!! We have a long tradition of free food at our bars. ( especially nicely SALTED food - makes you thirsty! ) From free nuts and pretzels to enormous pickles to the origin of the “ Free Lunch “!

I lived in Wisconsin for 18 years and now Georgia, via Wales (land of me and of my fathers) then Canada.
And they did the same happy hour foid enticement in Wisconsin. Much more elaborate than free hotdogs. Taco bars. Winf bars: before wings became a huge expensive thing.

Probably on your radar but 'Wah Fung' China Town NYC Cheap eats. Char Siu Pork, Crispy Pork or duck with rice $5.00 , good for views, go for the CHAR SUI ROAST pork😋 no tip needed.

Hi Lee! How could you go wrong with something free when buying a drink anyway. I would have to put ketchup and add few onions on that but can’t complain after all it didn’t cost you anything. Can’t get over the size of New York. I’d certainly get lost in a place so vast. Gotta chuckle every time you do a video something or someone interrupts you. In this case a lorry going past. I think you should save the amount of bloopers and put them into a blooper special. I can’t imagine how many bloopers have ended up on cutting room floor due to you introducing the vlogs, the whole chats without problems and also the incidents and noises that happen behind or in front of you while filming.

Didn't you know you can now buy cloves with phone sensitive touch but in to them, id definitely go buy some and get a scarf from one of them sellers that are on every corner . Try the cafe metro great breakfast and you can build your own omelette.

Hotdogs are very cheap to make 🌭 the beer prices already look cheap 🤑 so the free hotdog would intice you to buy more drinks 🍻
Meant to be a very busy bar at weekends so they can afford to give free hotdogs with a beer.
And not everyone is going to take the free hotdog especially if it's a night out with friends just to get drunk 🤪

Any chance on your trip you could use an American phrase I first encountered when the Phil Silvers show was aired in the mid 1950s ..namely Duane Doberman repeatedly saying "hit me" when about to receive an extra card in Bilko's army camp casino..I often use this when promoting humour with a shop assistant and it never fails to get a laugh and a smile.."hit me with a can of coke please"..I can visualise what they are thinking ..lol
