Loved the facade of the building and the large windows. Very European. Wish the living room was a little larger and the door to utility area wider. How would one move past the washing machine/dryer through that door?

If you are new to delhi , you must be unaware of the Afghanis crisis in Lajpat nagar !
Many are moving out of Lajpat for the same reason !

Highly Overpriced. Opposite house of 300sq yard selling for 3.5cr . This is not worth more than 1.75 that too cause of new construction. The whole plot of this size in East of Kailash is not more than 5.5-6.5 Cr
