On your question at 37:58, -chan is an honorific used between really close friends and is mostly used between girls. It's an endearing/cute-ifying honorific. Meanwhile -san is a standard respectful honorific like how they always refer to Simon as Simon-san. -san is used for people you don't know well or in formal settings like work. But in Simon's case it takes on a different meaning because even though the members and Simon are basically family, they still refer to him as Simon-san because of the utmost respect they have for him (they could for example just call him Simon and drop the honorifics all together since they are that close).
Some of the birthday content is filmed around the same time because several members have birthdays close together. Hinata and Jurin are only 8 days apart while Harvey, Juria, and Cocona's birthdays are all around the same 20-day period starting from late November through December. I love watching all their behind-the-scenes content, the Xtra XG and the XG Days, which is new for me. I've been listening to K-pop groups or those adjacent to the K-pop market for over 12 years and I rarely love a group enough to watch their behind-the-scenes content but XG's content puts me in a good mood every time. I often find the videos fly by and it's over before I want it to be. They really revived something in me that was starting to burn out, to be honest. They're just that powerful.

Juria's birthday is in late November, Cocona and Harvey's birthdays are in December while Chisa is in mid-January. That's why they seem so close. Plus I think they tend to wear the same or similar clothes when they practice, at least back then.
These girls are sisters. They do absolutely everything together and have been together for 7 years now.They acknowledge that sisterhood every time before a performance when they hold hands and Jurin yells Hesonoo and the girls respond ooooo.

i like that maya speaks english in their vlogs sometimes. they all need to do it as much as possible to learn the language so they can speak more in their interviews. i like that maya has always been fluent so she can translate but the other girls gotta learn too. i also think its interesting that maya said she thinks in english not japanese. i guess because she went to an english speaking school with teachers who were american it makes sense😂still funny how the brain works

When these first came out I had no idea what these vlogs were. Then I got know what XG was all about and changed how they actually are.
