As a trumpet player quite a bit of our fundamentals are flow studies which is another name for long tone air. These are valuable exercises not only from a rhythmic point of view but keeping the phrase musical and moving without interruption. Thank-you.
Good morning. Loving all the tips and breadth of knowledge you share. I have a question for you about solos for my sophomore. Shes ready for Weber Concertino, or maybe Saint Sean sonata. Not Mozart or Bernstein sonata yet, I think. Do you have more ideas?
