I have recently gone through some serious, yet mysterious, health conditions. I went from a relatively healthy 40 year old, to someone who would qualify for disability due to my body suddenly breaking down piece by piece (especially my legs feet and knees). Your videos are helping me try to win back my own body. Your amazing, and I truly do hope you know that your doing so much good for our world. At the very least, for my world. Thank you, so much. Sending all the peace and love out to you and your wife and baby ✌️ 💛✨️
Anyone else going through this please try out acupuncture. I swear it fixed all my back and leg pain issues within a few weeks doing two sessions per week. Make sure theyre certified
I’m here because all of a sudden, after zero history of joint issues, my 29 year old knees are acting up. I was taught to never put knees past the toes! Gonna try this now
I'm actually pretty young and my knees are already weak, I'm 20. And I thought I should just avoid activity with them... but im pretty sure that'll just lead to more knee problems down the line, so this is pretty awesome
Great videos! Thank you for making things easy to understand. I've been exercising for the past 27 years and grew up playing sports. Now that I'm older I find my flexibility lacking and your videos have been helping with key problem areas.
Six weeks ago, my mom tried to step into the house. Something in her knee popped. Her current Ortho ghosted her (he was a resident and left) and the one she finally got in to see was like "What do you expect me to do about it?" She has spent most of the last month in bed, unable to walk, and unable to get anyone to give her anything that even remotely touches the pain.
I love your videos. I have some minor problems with my legs and joints that started to affect my life (I started rock climbing unprofessionally). Recently I've started paying more attention to my warm-ups and stretching and around that time your videos started being suggested. Apartment friendly, easy to try and actually helpful.
This has genuinely helped me, I be suffered multiple knee injuries including tears and sprain of the plates and tendons, this has finally helped build back some of the stability I had, you are an absolute G
Im here because, while i have POTS, i have practically no pain because i have always kept up with stretches. At this point in my life, im making sure to focus on the high-risk parts of my body to make sure they dont give out on me. Ankles and knees primarily, alongside neck, wrists, shoulders, and lower back. If only there was a way to fix my finger pain .-.
Watching your videos and then trying some of the things you do. Holy cannoli you’re strong dude. I’ve seen you’re videos on how you train functional strength not looking swoll strength but still you’re insane my dude keep it up and thanks for teaching all of us! Stay flexy brotha!
I used to do all of these as a kid, with ease. Now in my teens, and I have serious knee issues. Sucks that playing outside, jumping, and climbing things isn't socially acceptable at my age. When I climb things, kids my age mock me.
I just decided to randomly try one of these for fun bc Ive tried before and knew I couldnt do it and then I did not only one rep but 3 sets of ten reps??? This is one of the best things that has happened to me recently (been going through some stuff) and it completely brought back my motivation to continue calisthenics!
My knees have gotten pretty bad with general living and a skateboarding incident, and it freaks me out like crazy since I am only 26 and don't want to need surgery. Going to try this!
I love your content. Especially enjoyable while studying for NASM because you occasionally drop names for body parts I'm still trying to memorize! Thank you!
Hi David! I really like your videos, and I know that these are shorts, but it would be good to have some guidance around who can do the exercises. For example, my knees used to hurt, it got better with exercise and I can do squats with 30kg without pain, I think this exercise might be suitable for me now. Maybe it would not have been in theboast
My last x-ray showed my kneecaps riding outside of the little Groove. Doc says I'm going to need knee replacements. Suggested building my quads to keep my kneecaps pulled into the groove where they're supposed to be. So far haven't found a single exercise that doesn't make my knees hurt. Going to try these now!
Hi David, I suffered a complete patellar tendon tear 5 weeks ago. Shortly after I discovered your content and you’ve inspired me, I am so looking forward to recovering from what has been the most severe injury of my life. i just had surgery on my knee three months ago cuz i tore my MPFL when my knee dislocated playing tennis. i won’t be able to play tennis again for another three months but the doctor said i’ll probably have to work on strengthening my legs and knees for the rest of my life if i wanna continue to be active and play tennis. i’m not sure if i could do something like that yet since my leg is still pretty weak and i don’t have full range of motion yet, but i’ll keep your videos in mind for exercises to do in the future when my knee feels better
As a 26 year old who has osteoarthritis in my left knee this scares the fk outta me but also is very intriguing 🤔 I'd like to strengthen my knee so it's not in so much pain 😅

Do you have history of knee problems in your family? If it hurts then you might want to get a doctor involved. I'm actually waiting to get x-rays myself, since my mother had knee issues from youth.
It's crazy how I was always told that stressing your joints is bad and they'll hurt and now I'm learning that's not necessarily the case
i mean of course if you go do this as 700 pounds obese you might aswell donate your kneecaps
