ALLERT: Never use pressure cooker with only oil in it even without putting weight/whistle on. Boiling point of oil is different than boiling point of water and commonly available pressure cookers are not built for boiling point of oil. KFC pressure cookers are specially built for oil and even then there are many accidents happen every year.
