    Hi Lindsay just to let you know this lure did the business today on my small loch regardless of the bad weather, 7 fish to the net ( all released ) biggest 6lb. Cheers Big Davie

    I haven't seen that bump used for that purpose before. I never have long tails because they tend to wrap so I will give this a shot! Thanks Lindsay!!!

      Its not perfect but a big improvement on nothing at all.

    I liked that one Lindsay I think I will use a 3mm bead I’m not a big fan of large beads but thanks for that 👍

      What we see and the fish see are very different. That's why general representations work so well. They actually look reel to the fish. Breaking tails off for short bites from little fish disables the flys ability to tickle the trout's tongue ( vomer). I foul the tail alot of the little ones foul it. But every second day on the lake I catch a 28" to 30" rainbow at the local stocker lake. I can't show you the fly as it makes me a tidy some of money in derby's. Strangely the final part of the fly is catching a few fish which rio it up aibit.
