    Thanks for posting this. It was an advent tangle I never would have gotten without watching your video…. Only watched 4 times…. It was a fun one especially as it came into view!

    I was gratified to know you did it several times to get it. I probably did it the same even with your instructions. But I got it in the end.

      I’m so happy you kept trying! Sometimes we just need a very simple tangle to help us relax, and sometimes it’s fun to have a little challenge!

    Kelli, thank for sharing how many times it took you to do this tangle and showing your book page. It looks cool and I look forward to practicing it.

    I filled mine in with the shine embellishment. I love how it came out. Thank you Kelli!

      Hi! What is the Shine embellishment, I can't seem to find it? Thanks

      @@sylviathompson5580 i’m probably not using the right name. It’s when you fill in a space with black, but you leave some white parts to make it look like a reflection.

    Kelli,thank you for showing how to do this. It is tricky. The under line kept confusing me but I was more successful after watching you. After I practice several times I’ll try the more complicated looking variations

    I love these, thank you Kelli. Iv always gad spatial orientation problems and terrible maths so these are a huge challenge and it takes me doing them over and over again to see how you do it. They are so beautiful when finished 😁

      It definitely takes some practice! I’m happy you still try even if it’s difficult!

    Just wondering, is there any books that you would recommend for a true beginner. Love these videos. Thanks

      I really love the Zentangle Primer as a wonderful explanation of the Zentangle method with an introduction to some basic tangles. I also enjoy the book, Tangle a Day, that encourages daily tangling. There are so many wonderful books on Amazon by some incredible people!

    How do you determine whether to shade on the inside or outside of the frame?

    • @KelliBlouin
      @KelliBlouin  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Great question! I just do what I want each time…there is no rhyme or reason! Luckily, it’s pencil and can be erased if it doesn’t look right.
