MacBook Pro 13 A1502 laptop repair - it does not work from the charger

The problem with this device is that it works well from the battery, but it does not work from the charger, and it also does not charge the battery
When connecting the motherboard to the power supply, the LED on the charger head does not light! This is what prompted us to begin the process of diagnosing the fault starting from the one wire line
After using the diagram and the board view of the LAM board of this device, we found that the first component on this line is a simple IC carrying the coding u7000, so we analyzed it and traced its paths, conditions, and signals. This led us to find an oxidized resistance that we changed without obtaining any positive results.
We then replaced the IC itself for the purpose of limiting the possibilities, and the situation remained as it was!
Let us then track the output of this IC and its path to lead us to discover the cause of the malfunction, which was very strange, as you will see in this video.
