The fact that a former (and future) individual athlete (Sam) said he experienced the hardest workout ever 1-2 weeks prior to the games means there’s some cooking in Cookeville! Love the “realness” and “ingenuity” of the moments. Mayhem media and Rory voiceovers are UNBELIEVABLE.

Mayhem is such a healthy environment group of people. Everyone gets along that’s why they just get bigger and bigger and more athletes come in. It’s such a good kind of feel to belong to a family of really fit people.

The 3 Rounds, 50 Cal Echo Bike (2 Bike), 50 Worm Squats workout. Is the 50 Cals split between two athletes at a time or is it 50 Cals per athlete per round? Nasty, but fun
Steroids much.... I mean anyone who has spent time in the fitness industry and who is honest knows exactly what's going on especially with the women. Facts. But I have no problem with it at all just be honest about it. You still have to train extremely hard to get these results...
