Summer topwater fishing for bass is here, at least out west. The fishing at Lake Havasu was good, and the fish were eating topwater, and jigs. Wish the tournaments I fish at Lake Havasu were later in the year!

Loved the video. I'm heading to Havasu Springs resort in 2 weeks for my first time fishing Lake Havasu. I've never caught a small mouth or striper, what are some good techniques for getting bit this time of year? Have you fished the Bill Williams area before?

Fish the points with a jig for smallies. Flip the bill William a for some largemouth. That should get you some bites!
