Thanks for sharing Shani and Pete👊I too got arrested in the mid 90s in Thailand with drugs, I was slammed in prison, 40 to one cell, 1 toilet, I had my own Thai trial, paid my way out after 5 months…I saw things which severely altered my life and have never been back to what I refer to as a cesspit of smiling assassins😮corruption personified but wow 18 years…mate big respect ✊

so you got caught with drugs in a country that got the death penalty and you crying about being corrupt well lets twist things if it wasnt corrupt you would have still been in prison or even worst killed. corruptions is world wide not just thailand in america also in europe also if you have money you buy ur way out of prison if not u be there. but still my point is be thankful you were in a corrupt country and you might have found the right people to get you out soon. i know people in thailand getting sentenced 30 to 40 years with 5 grams or less so shush and be thankful

How can someone be a nationalist and a Marxist ? 🤔....doesn't make sense. Marxism is a global movement, they don't believe in class, national or racial divisions.

that is something that is often suppressed, because it paints Thailand and Thai people in a negative light. I even fee like that if you put up a video on it, they might delete it or call it slander. Very weak, cannot handle any criticism or anything that is anything less than positive.

In the women’s prison in Thailand there is also no toilet paper, set up is the same, and they don’t flush! It was really disgusting and awful.

Very good story from this man, it was crazy to me just thinking about how that would have been being a prisoner in Thailand. Thank you to you both for the interview.

So engaging I forgot to smoke watching from beginning till the end. I vaguely remember reading about Krebs in the South African papers. Good advice from Shani.

Fascinating ~ I'm a retired CO uSa....After my trail run, I look to watch the last hour. He shows perseverance and grit! Busy man inside...I would be curious about when his Thai gf came into the picture....that is private but it's interesting also. I wish him continued success.
