Sloride is still made & pistol is no longer made. As for the ones that were made, pistol has a different frame & sealed wheels. Most parts are the same just with different artwork. The pistol is now the Group 1 for 2023.
I love it but my brakes are shot, the stock seat is trash, stock grips gave me huge blisters, and the brake line makes lots of noise because it hits the bars when im doing wheelies. Atm mine is unridable because the brakes are impossible to adjust since only one brake arm has a spring in it. The other brake arm is always in the wrong spot because like I said these brakes are a pain in the ass to adjust. The brake line stretched in 3 places and the brake lever makes noises because the line is too long and doesn't sit it the lever properly. Other than that I havent had problems, im suprised the seat clamp held up since its integrated into the frame and I tighten the shit out of it. My cranks came loose after the first day of riding but taking them apart, cleaning and re greasing fixed that. The tires are decent... the washers the hold your wheel in the dropouts if your nuts come loose broke immediately. My back rim is pretty bent...I dont jump off curbs or anything like that my back tire is ALWAYS on the ground, the front rim is perfectly fine even after slamming it down. But the bike has a great balance point if you like to do wheelies. But you do need a different seat and probably some soft odis or something. I put 8 inch rise fit bars on and it felt terrible so I dont recommend upgrading the bars to a different size. The pedals are a little cheap but its a 400 dollar bike so dont expect to get the most amazing high quality bike you've ever seen.
I definitely agree with all you said. I just adjusted the brakes to where that one side is not rubbing the rim anymore burning out the brakes. Seat is hard and uncomfortable after a few minutes of riding. My back rim seems to have a little bend In it also. Could be from rough handling shipping or something with production. Went with some 10.5” R4 bars and have a more comfortable feel. Sometimes the freewheel feel like it has a lag In it after coasting and re engaging. Looking to try a 17t ROS freewheel and see how the ride changes since that’s a highly recommended freewheel so many speaks highly of over others. Wish they gave tire wall options because I don’t like the brownish grey wall. Makes the bike look dirty when it’s clean. Changing tires one of these days and adding pegs. Other than that I like the pistol more than I thought I would.
yes but keep in mind it is a complete bike and if you are going big you will have to replace stuff as you break stuff or switch stuff out at the get go. I replaced everything on mine except frame & forks. I am confident it won't break down on me.
Keep checking our website. They can come and go within hours. Our suggestion is to buy any 29"er and wait to buy the exact one you want, then sell the first one you bought.

I have the 2020 RS1 26inch and I love it.. and everyone wants to jack me for it hahaha I will say the crank arms need an immediate swap out on these for sure!
Bought one around a month ago. Pros - the frame and forks are dope, same with the handlebars and brake levers. Cons - the BB is shit, the freewheel is shit and the rear hub crapped itself. Was just cruising around not thrashing it at all. If you love the look of the bike, get it, so much fun. However, be prepared to replace parts as the stock complete is ass. Have fun yeoow
I don't know where you took your bike too but we had complaints with popping sound. All it was is a better freewheel. Many people that it was the BB, hub, freewheel. All our customers received sealed wheels and we upgraded their freewheels at no charge. Glad you got it fixed.

Can I treat an aluminum cruiser like a bmx. Or am I head for trouble. What I mean is curbs. Dirt track. Small jumps.
