A major portion of India’s Biker community has parted into two parties Dominar and RE.
I myself own a Dominar and I don’t feel that there is any kind of hatred in Dominar owners as such.
Ultimately it all zeroes down to personal choice and not on which bike is better than other.

Exactly..Even I own Dominar 400 and till date never heard such hatred things against RE bikes from a Dominar owner. I have friends who own RE Classic 350, 500, Bullet and they all love their bikes as well as respect , appreciate Dominar for its overall package at the price bracket and stand by my purchase. They even take my bike for a quick speed run, have fun and I too ride their bikes very often. Its only some RE bike owners are offended. They think buying RE bikes is pride. Actually, offended owners purchased RE bikes when the bike was launched with electric start. my RE friends even say that..

Enfield is among the best bikes. My friend purchased a domi and after a month we decided that I will ride his domi for a week and he decided to drive my classic 350 in the same week . After a week , he told me that he is in love with Enfield . Domi is good , but classic was more comfortable . Haathi is just a publicity . Fact of the life is , enfield a great bike . I also own my dad's 1981 bullet . It's still working fine .

Reasons you love Bullet:
- You feel relax because you know , you can't ride above 90+ for long duration. Thus on highway it is a low speed and you relax.
- You can't overtake much because of slow pickup and bad brake . So you relax.
-Seating position is great.
-Because of vibrations you can't sleep and hence get relaxing massage.
-When everyone fizz pass you (sometimes even splendorians and platinians) you think. Saale ki maa ki shaadi hai and very next moment you relax ki muje kya jaldi hai.
-Due to heavy noise , people turn heads to curse bike but you think that they are thinking a Wow moment about bike. You relax again.
-When you see fat guys riding RE, you feel relax that I am not that fat.
-Due to issues in bike , you learn a lot from mechanic and you get more wisdom about bike and parts. You feel relax that you know your machine better than other guys.

was thinking on upgrading to Dominar in a year or so(even though i have not ridden it) but this is beauty is back on the poster again.

And the sudden power kicks this bike gives is really awesome, i currently ride Honda CB Unicorn 150(classic), that might be the reason i feel the power that way, but but but this is biking love in its purest form!!!
True upgrading from smaller capacity to higher cc bike feels more thrilling like i upgraded from Pulsar 150 to Dominar 400 n i feel as if m riding a rocket....hahaha

I think this hate is a reaction to RE owners treating others as if they are kids. They will comment like 'plastic toys' , 'fuddu bikes' and all other bikes are simply worthless piece of crap. And their reasoning..."RE , RE hota hai" . Thats it , thats the only justification they have . Its like saying " its an Iphone " . Not everyone is unapologetic about it as you are, . They will never admit that they just went for the 'looks' and 'feel' .Instead RE owners try to justify their purchase, by putting down others. Seldom RE owners come and say yes its has faults and i accept that , but i want it regardless of whatever shortcomings it has. They will throw around pretentious terms like its 'Royal' ...whatever that means . I personally ,really like the retro look and the attitude that it carries...though the exclusivity factor it gone now with so many REs on the road.

Bhai I'm a Dominar and RE owner as well. Both bikes have their own uses and fun. Engine tunning is different. Both can't be compared, a true biker won't do it anytime. True biker always respect all bikes, but loves only his own bikes.🤣

My Thunderbird Twinspark is best, best riding position, average 40 on highway , very less vibration only above 85 km/hr . For that you have to take care like a baby for first six months (drive slow , don't race, change oil before schedule etc.) . There is whole different , beautiful experience when you drive slow . Don't need speed for enjoyment. So I love my Thunderbird. Only thing I missing is ABS. But it doesn't matter most because I drive around 70 -80km/hr.

Hey bro! Did your bike really ran out of petrol? I am asking this cz I have a RE too and I have noted when I touch speed above 100 my bike's engine shuts automatically and take few minutes to start again. My bike is new so not sure if this is my problem or with everyone.
