Well, if you wanna get technical, its Blanc thats SSS tier. Noir is pretty much only for Grave Digger. But Blanc doesnt work without Noir so you need to run both
It's really more apparent when you go to landscape mode....the guns just float in front of them.. others pointed out that it's because the gun is 3d while the character sprites are 2d.
i wish i knew how to make my girls strong. the gear you get is just so shitty it feels almost impossible for a f2p or even p2p to get anything above white/green gear

D is good on bosses because of her passive that allows you to almost instantly burst as the fight starts, since it gives 98% burst bar at rank 10, but that is the main gimmic of her really, and it will only work once per fight. So she is ranked as SS tier on solo bosses and bosses with adds, in everyting else she is B tier.

What is the best formation for a squad?
I use:
-2× burst I
-1× burst II
-2× burst III
depends on the chara, your burst 1/2 have more than 20s cooldown make sure bring one more for it

Doesn't Blanc require a 2nd Burst II in the team because of her 60sec CD?
The CD is reduced to ~20s when she is paired with Noir.
