What the hell with this crap as child labour....yes over exaggerated.....where poverty and paid education is trend plus corruption is key in getting ahead parenting is to insure children learn to support themselves...they are doing their best in teaching their children what they know the best....
Once i tried this litti chokha and i liked that charred litti but the chokha and that mustard sauce it almost got me puking... It was very slimy and mushy and taste was bad...
Aditya Pathak i dunno i tried it in winters and it was not stale or anything but that texture was awkward...probably its not for my palate... Or who knows in future I'll like it just like when i first ate momos i threw them but now i find them okay... Anyways nice video man...
naveen chauhan: thanks 😄 actually the way they prepare the chokha at shops is different than how it prepared at home. for commercial purposes they prepare brinjal separately and then add chutneys onions etc later....This keeps it fresh for longer but then compromises on taste. but yes, the texture of brinjal chokha is actually lil squishy squashy 😄 anyways...wish u great food n health ahead and more tasty moments.
