As soon as I saw you were using Railblaza... I knew exactly what happened... I never use that brand of mounts because they fail so often.
Mine fail while setting up my kayaks in the driveway or my yard.
Mine broke while I was tightening them to my gear tracks. The bottoms are so thin and poorly designed.
Stick to yak gear, Scotty, ram.
    Again sorry for your loss😮

The addition of the 360 camera is a nice touch, although I'm sure it adds a bit of time to your video production. Regarding your camera loss, I'm wondering if the trampoline had been deployed if it would have caught (saved) the camera. Thanks for another enjoyable sailing video!

The tramps may have saved the camera. Real problem was my inattention to the failure (due to difficulties using my phone). Will be trying a table on my next sail (In the Atlantic Ocean tomorrow).

    $200-$300 Mistake.
Why didn't you just furl the sail for 5 minutes to get your app set up then continue on the trip?
My navionics is on an older humminbird 785c²i Navigation system.
I'm probably not even going to hook up the transducer and just use it for navigation.
I'll use my Lowrance Elite DSI for everything else.
    Sorry for your loss 😢
