Kristine, I think we can all agree that were very proud of you for getting on The Show Master Distiller and I truly believe that if you had been familiar with the show that you would have placed so differently! Also being on TV with all those people could make a big difference in the outcome. I'm certain Tim, Steve (Tickle) and Digger talked about you in a super nice way amongst themselves and I bet you anything you get contacted to come back in the near future! So practice at home reading the Bead. Get you a little glass Cough syrup style bottle and practice only using it and you can take it on the show and you will be great at it 😄 Your awesome, Austin
I would love the recipe you used in the show, they loved the flavor. I would like to run a 10 gallon mash. Any other Asian fruits that would contain good starches and sugars too! Thanks, I’m a follower now!
I watched the show. You did well, they were really impressed with the flavor that you got from the Lychee. I have to say after the first distillation you looked tired. Anytime you want to perfect that brew let me know, I would be interested in running it on my hypothetical 100 liter pot still, if you know what I mean!😁

Have it been on tv? I meen you saying it all now! 😊 did i understand/hear you right thet the mash just had 1 hours to fermenting?
Yes the episode aired on April 9th on the Discovery channel. Yes the mash was 1.5 hours. Fermenting time was 3-5 days.

Sounds like "Angels yellow label yeast" would of been the go for the barely mash.
