Very interesting deck idea! I would definitely look to fit in two Arados tho. I I play a Germany Britain discard deck and Arado is a must keep in every mulligan for me as it gives an early game body while replacing itself. It also has some underrated niche uses against potentially bad matchups as it can protect against the 1/3 brit air bombers or snipe out Japans type 93s/bycicle regiments. I also think Komet is too good of a card to pass up on even if it kinda gets recreated by the eagle day. Ad. Hipper is another card i feel like is too good to pass up on. Maybe sub out a couple of guards 5 might be a little bit too much. I’m running just 2 guards in my discard deck and rarely feel like I need much more. You do have a really good point regarding the Panther A tho. I run two copies of it rn and it’s often getting wasted because it gets killed before it can be moved to the frontline. I will definitely try out replacing them with something else. Would really like to hear your take on those potential changes. Great video and great explanation bro you’ve won a sub in me!!
did you test this deck? hard lose vs ressistance, jpn aggrroo, us/ger mid. Lose vs mirror discard ger/brit just cuz he run more discard card. I almost lose every game...
I did play it a fair number of games and did well with it myself. It's not a top tier deck or anything but can hold it's own if piloted well.
The mirror can be tough because they can strip stuff like the eagle days from your hand which hurts alot. However, you also can get some pretty insane value trades from the JU88 which can get a whole host of great stuff like balckwatch and what not. Plus empire of the sun if you can get it off can just completely brick their gameplan.
US midrange should be tolerable because you have so much removal packed into the deck and late game you have a lot of power with eagle day value and your big stuff like leopold.
Resistance can be an issue if they are playing the versions with almost no units but I think it's possible either through dumb luck with your discard stuff or trying to just pressure them down. However, I do think resistance would do quite well vs this version of discard.
Japan aggro mainly has the burn that I think threatens to this deck. Liberal use of removal and preventing damage wherever you can is the best way to avoid it. I do wish Japan had some healing though as it would make this matchup a lot easier.

Glad to see FP back with a new deck tech vid because frankly no one is doing it and certainly not better! But a little bit of a buzzkill not to have a couple of games to emphasize the playing of the deck. But FP explains why and LIFE does come first! So just happy to have this in its current form! Just hope we get more from him in doing these. Thx again for doing so FP! Kudos
Interesting tech! Do you think it would be viable to combo eagle day and bolster the ranks with that huge Fury German bomber for OTK potential? Maybe a mix of this and US-Ger Ramp? No idea how well that would work as I don't own that bomber yet personally but it seems fun to meme with
I've tried some bolster stuff with the Ju188. It's fun but feels lacking in terms of stall. US/Ger doesn't have much to do that unlike say Japan or Soviets. In ramp it might be possible but I worry about eagle day being to niche if you only have a couple german planes to use. I think in this discard deck it would possible to run a single Ju188 to deal tons of damage if you can find room for it.
