Tester Tuesday is a weekly review series of Scentsy scents (both past and present). I like to involve my viewers and have them vote for which scents are melted and reviewed from a group of testers drawn randomly from my big box! It help s me get information out to you about performance and scent notes and dimish my tester stash at the same time.
For next week’s review video please vote for 2 different scents from the six contenders drawn at the end of the video by the morning of Wednesday March 20th.

Johnny Appleseed is one of my current favorites! I'm not much of a mixer, but I decided out of the blue to mix Johnny Appleseed with Skinny Dippin', and oh my goodness, it was amazing! Also loving Pina Colada Cha Cha. I love authentic Coconut scents.
Thanks for the mix idea Kylie...Im not much of a mixer either to be honest. I feel like there are still so many scents I need to warm on their own first!

Lemon Verbena, Lime Sugarcane and Southern Sweet Tea are favs, too. but My choices for next week are Oodles of Orange and crisp Orchard air.

i absolutely adore Mojito Mambo. I am so glad it came back for spring/summer season. I already own three bricks of it and i am constantly talking myself out of buying another one. I figure the clearance sale bricks are a better purchase than the six pack of bars would be. It's a struggle.
here's my theory of why it's back but the brick is on clearance. they discontinued the bricks from last spring/summer and i do believe that Mojito mambo was the last brick standing when they were discontinued. so off to clearance section it goes. i know Pina Colada cha cha was the first brick to sell out so that's why it's not on the clearance tab and i'm not sure but i think the second brick to go was Lemon Drop it Low. then the other two. I'm guessing that if any of the other bricks are left in Scentsy's inventory, we'll see them in an upcoming flash sale or even in clearance when they drop a boatload of stuff in there like they usually do in April.
And, yes, i definitely agree with you that we need a scent like Mojito Mambo in our lineup. It is pure heaven.
Yes but the brick is no longer in clearance so I see the bar going into your club before September!

I have Mojito Mambo in now. I have another brick. I will be getting more. I like it very much.
I like it very much too. It’s my kind of scent for sure! I might bump up the wax just a smidge for a bigger scent though.

I used a brick so far in 4 uses. Lol
However I put it in 5 large and 6 minis in my living room, dining room, kitchen and florida room areas.

How does it perform for you Jingles?
Patricia, it's very light. I usually use two cubes in my Scentsy Accordion warmer, 1 cube in my Yankee Scenterpiece warmer and 1 cube in my Yankee element warmer (13 watt). This means of course, that I'm warming half a bar of wax every time I do warm it, whereas usually I use 2-3 cubes depending on the scent. It requires more wax which I don't like, but I love the scent so much, I'm willing to work around that. Lol
In comparison though, I didn't find it near as light as I did Churro Churro.

I'm excited to try mixing Johnny Appleseed with other scents this week. I love how fresh it smells. 🙂 Sometimes I wish that some of the other fruit scents were as crisp smelling as Johnny is. I think my nose has an issue deciphering scents that have a cherry or berry vibe when they are warmed, but they smell good on cold so I get them anyway. 😂
Personally I think Johnny Appleseed should be a year-Round scent. People can keep it fresh and crisp by itself, use it as a summer mixer, or “Fall it Up” by adding so many options to it like Welcome Home, Porch Pumpkin, apples and cinnamon sticks...I could keep going but you get the idea. It’s a nice bright pleasant scent, even after it dips.

I really liked the let's dance collection, especially the Mojito mambo, strawberry daiquiri and lemon drop it low. I had them in my Scentsy club but accidentally deleted it. I feel very sad now

That’s too bad! I haven’t tried Lemon Drop it Low yet but that one sold out pretty quickly here. That one and Pina Colada Cha cha

Would you say that Mohito Mambo is slightly similar to Lime and Sugarcane? I absolutely LOVED Lime and Sugarcane and was completely gutted when they didn't bring it back.
IMO, not really. I find MM is heavier on the mint with just a little lime...and L&S is heavy on the lime with a touch of mint.
I ❤️❤️ Lime & Sugarcane and I predict due to the backlash of it not appearing on the BBMB voting roster this year...when it IS eligible...it will make it. 🤞

I was thinking to myself of mint mojito before you said lime.
Im glad i bought it during the flash. I got 2 bricks, just wish I had got 3 or 4. I never smelled it and was taking a chance plus the price was amazing at the time.
It would be nice with something like Just breathe too
