Why is no one speaking on divorce and remarriage with all of the divorce going on in the church? Marriage is Christ relationship with the church and it is serious, but no one preaches about the destruction of the character of Christ through divorce. His name is blasphemed amongst the Gentiles. It's shameful😔
I could not believe I was hearing correctly when you equated hating God with this: "I have three children. My husband left me so I can't return the tithe...You're hating God without a cause." Pastor, where is your compassion? Instead of taking bread from such a woman and her children, shouldn't the church treat her as if she were a widow? Why exact tithe from her? Pastor, the church should go back and study this subject again then repent and love God by obeying his word. The church hates God by teaching error.
When Christ saw the widow send her only money left onto the offering table, did HE ask her to return it home for her daily upkeep because she was a widow Mark 12:41-44, 1 Kings 17: 12-14 ? This widow too may have children though scripture did not hit on that. Tithe is not your capital or your whole house money but part of it. I agree with you that the church must support the poor but that does not mean they should not give back to God when they can.
@@blossomdyte7071 Greetings. Please do not see it as exacting money from a poor mother. Tithing really has nothing to do with church officials taking/getting money. Tithing is an act of faith. When we tithe, we are putting our trust in GOD to provide for us after we return what is His. In His word He said when we return our tithe He will open the windows of heaven and pour out upon us blessings we will not have enough room to receive (Malachi 3:10). We are admonished to give tithes...we are admonished to believe. God bless you.

Who gave tithe? 3. Who received tithe? How often was tithes collected? When you find the answers talk to me again. Happy research or study.

Pastor, please check what you said about tithe against scripture. For God's sake go back to the beginning and study that subject again...

Nicole Brown, Malachi has only 4 chapters. Please read all of them. If you do, you may get a much better understanding of Ch. 3: 10.
