I got to say, it looks fancy. But it's going to break on no time with that design. It would be cool if You went for a more elaborated approach so the keyboard was cleanable / repairable. Not to mention that the current design doesn't seem to be solid, thus why You used the keyboard in such a delicate manner.
It lacks per-key stabilisers to make sure keystrokes go straight down, so he can easily press at an angle and both miss the membrane and fail to register a keystroke. He cannot easily swap out / fix components in case they break down. And the fact that he used a glue means that the keys themselves are fragile. This makes for a very horrible typing experience, not too different from typing on one of those flexible sillicone boards except worse. That said, while he executed the idea in the worst way possible, the idea itself is really cool and it would be nice to see a mech board modded in this way.
Wood always looks so clean in builds.. For my stuff I have to work with metal due to heat and electronics, but must add some fine wood somewhere.. LOOKS GREAT!
