Yes, you're right, Cheryl. Only in rechead masala, we don't add coriander seeds and also, it has a higher vinegar content. But the taste of the prawn masala is equally finger-licking good!

Aunty could you please advice me what all can we make with Goan Rechardo masala , I brought the masala from Goa but I don't know what all can we make with it besides stuffing squids , Mackrell and pomfret fish
Loveleena, it could also be used for coating fish before rolling it in rava and frying it. You could also use it in chilli fry recipes, and fish, chicken, and mutton curries.
If you can try it without removing the shells of the prawns, the aroma of prawns gets protected and the softness of the prawns maintained with no trouble.
