I strongly agree with you. The most important thing to do is speaking even thought you make many mistakes. I have never been in any country where people speak English but I have been speaking for many hours with my boyfriend who is not English native and I can say I've learned a lot from him. I start speaking fluently just with few vocabolary. The amount of words that I knew allowed me to feel free to express myself and make people understand me.

I did the opposite ... almost! In 2014, I left France to come and live in the USA.
I will soon get citizenship and I want to speak at least like an American... teenager 😂

Very true! I'm not a science or anything, but I know lot of people just want a shortcut or a magic pill or something nevertheless I'm sorry this is going to take times and hard work never happen overnight lol.
Ethan I have question. Let's say I got job in a foreign company, I mean, one company that I need to speak English with my boss. Do I need to use English like: "Did you give a raise to him?" or can I say something like: "you gave a raise to him?". Maybe it depends on the situation but anyway... would they think I'm being rude or could i lose my job because of that? (ok, this last one might be a little over the edge haha)

When I interact with people somehow my words fade away.
How to get confidence to speak English. I have a great vocabulary and fairly well knowledge of the grammar. But I don't have courage to speak in front of people in Eng. Plz advice on this. 👍 Thanks
