Hi Dolmar, I received an email from you a couple months ago. I took a look at this program and am blown away. I have my own legal brokerage company and own 5 rental properties and several large lots of land in Ohio and TN. I am glad I watched all of your training. I have my Real Estate license in Ohio and this is how I found deal in the past. I flipped homes in Ohio as well but wow this program is awesome with only sweat equity. I am already on the phones most the day and can easily transition to this. I am in the process of getting started and look forward to expanding this company. Glad I took the training. Looking forward to meeting you sometime. Thank you.

Alright man, I resonate with that. I'm gonna give it a try and we'll see in 1 month where we're at.

    14:08... Legitimate question, here...
How on earth is it possible to start investing in real estate without having to talk to the sellers, buyers or agents bcuz as an introvert, to my core, I want to get into real estate investing, but the part about having to cold call, negotiate or just talk to people, period, especially over something so emotional, is terrifying to someone like me..?

We leverage Virtual Assistants and hire other team members (Acquisition & Disposition Reps) to do this for us. But we had to build to that. Starting out, I recommend doing it yourself. Consider even texting at first which can help you build up you confidence to get on the phone. And once you've closed deals and gained experience yourself, you can now hire and outsource this task to others and track results. Become the reviewer and not the doer. Hope this helps.
