I think this would also look good wrapping the cone in burlap and using the mesh at the bottom for a little different look or using burlap ruffles at the brim. I like the raffia a lot. Your scarecrow hat turned out great!
Love so cute! A tip for cutting mesh quick and easy. Cut a piece of cardboard to the size of mesh needed then wrap around cardbord how ever many pieces needed the cut mesh on each side of cardboard and you have all your mesh cut at once. Just a tip if you like.
So stickin cute. When tying the bow... turn the bow instead of the twist tie, it makes it tighter... I learned that from Julie {Southern Charm Wreaths}.

Beth Black I'm having the same issue. NOWHERE has them. Even the website is sold out. I'd say use a thick gauge floral wire and bend it into shape. Shouldn't be too expensive!
Lynn McClurg with it being on TH-cam people can pause it and Rewind if need be. If she took forever people would complain about that too. The way I see it she does things just right and, like I said people can pause it or rewind if need be.

A tip for cutting mesh quick and easy.
