If you’re like me and the many people I know who went through Covid, it will take a while to build up your strength again. Try to not stress. That slows the progress. I’m rooting for you - you can do it!

Glad to see you're feeling better, however resting is important from a nurses and medical point of view. Don't rush it. Baby steps so you won't have a relapse please.
I enjoy your videos and enthusiasm.

Missed ya. Glad you are back. Don’t stress. I got cancer last year and had to stop for 6 months I’m back up and running full speed if you lose your health you have no business stop breath and enjoy. Give yourself a rest. I had Covid 2 times. Once really severe and the other sniffles you got it.

so glad you are feeling better Mel after a touch of Rona
it's hard get back into it I was isolated for 10 days when I got it and just spent the whole time in bed
it was really weird coming out of there for the first few days and it took me weeks to get back to full energy even though I had no appetite for over 5 months
I also shut all my ebay and amazon stores it was a nightmare, but I hope you have some lucky finds and may the thrifting gods look down on you favourably

I have watched you for awhile and have never commented but you broke my heart while watching today!! I felt so bad for you!! It takes time to get back into the swing of things. Give yourself some grace. I’m in the US and we had covid a year ago November. It took me at least a month to get back to normal. A year and 4 months passed and I still struggle with certain things. I will say a prayer for you. Take it easy, get plenty of rest and drink lots of water. Feel better soon!!

Mel, now you really are back from Burnout! That is, if you don't relapse into Covid. You really should've tried to have family help you today. Well enjoy your weekend with some fresh air and hopefully Monday will seem more normal. P.S. since most resellers have a heavy packing Monday, hope you try to pack some orders Sunday. Well, it's Thursday already when this vid is released. Looking forward to your next one to see how it went. Luv Ya from America!

Welcome back! You’re right, you did too much in one day. Just because you recovered from Covid doesn’t mean that you’re back 100%. Give yourself some grace and adjust your goals. Maybe list 15 a day, and put any extra in a draft bank. Then as you get more strength, up it a few a day.

Hey Mel so glad your back from bad covid - Post Covid it took me a while to get back in the swing of things too and covid long fatigue sucks. I have a small suggestion re. draft bank, which is something I’ve been practising: the items you end everyday to sell similar, save a few to drafts, no extra work required and it won’t take long before you get a bank up.

    Hey Mel,
Do yourself a favor and take some of your items that are either coming due to be renewed automatically and older items. Then end the listing and do sell similar and then schedule them to get listed. This will help you get some time to recover and time to build a draft bank. Give yourself time to slowly recover from the illness. Be careful and safe. You will need to rebuild your strength and restore your body allowing you to heal. Setup your store to allow 3 or more days for handling to help you, so you don't get overwhelmed like you did. Protecting your reputation is what you need. While you recover. Get well soon.

I felt you beeing very unconfortable and in pain during the shipping process BUT the most important thing for your mind is: You managed to finish your shipping, you made your customers happy and you made your youtube audience view yourself completely authentic. You can be proud on yourself. Personal growth results in leaving your comfort zone. And you did that with great effort.

That's good to hear that you're feeling better. I don't know how you do all that in so little time especially still feeling a bit under the weather.
12 bags that they only have to scan shouldn't be too bad .... imagine if you had to ship everything the normal way ... that could take hours. You've saved them alot of time by doing it that way.
My Ebay business isn't quite ready to do everything like that online at this time. I think what you do in day I do in a month or so right now. I'd be doing really well if I was doing the sales you do but I would definitely need help to do it and to get the funds to buy the stuff to do it too.

I personally found the pressure of same day shipping too much due to my busy and constant changing family needs so I changed it years ago to 3 Days in the listings however I do ship nearly every day but if something comes up I have the leeway to take a bit longer if need be. I have been selling on eBay for 16 years (that makes me feel old :) so have dealt with many personal needs during this time. I am still a Top Rated Seller even with 3 day shipping :) Look After Yourself a bit to get well It will all still be there tomorrow - Jan

Mel!!! We all learn so much from you and you are such a hard worker. You are an inspiration for us. We care!! If recovering means you need to take it slower, give yourself that gift. I too can be like that, where the mind wants to go go go but my body has a different opinion. Maybe all you need is a few more days to go at 50 percent. And soon you will be at your normal speed where you want to be. We are behind you Mel. You are not alone!

I have a draft bank of just single DVDs or books that aren’t worth that much, I list them for ten bucks in the drafts and they’re there for whenever I get sick or busy. They may not be worth a lot, but I’m ok with them just sitting there for emergencies, and they keep the algorithm ticking over in my favour with daily listings no matter how sick or busy I get. I try to have about 30-70 in the draft bank and that’s enough for maybe five listings a day while sick or busy.

I am 100% there with you Mel. My wife and I both got it in January. We still haven't recovered. My wife already has a weak immune system so this wiped her out as she has a lot of trouble breathing with long covid effects. Then we got into a car accident a few weeks ago cause some idiot opened their car door while we were driving by so she got pretty bad whiplash. Now she can't breathe well and can't move her neck well. Sigh...

Oh no I hope she is ok! I went to my Dr yesterday who has given me Ventilin puffer to help with my tight chest abd dry lingering cough. I slept a little better with that last night x I hope your wife is ok

Oh my goodness Mel! So happy for your sales but what a stressful time for you right after having Covid. I know it’s easier said than done but try to get some rest. I love your channel! Great job!😀

Your not Mighty Woman - slow down you can see the frustration to get to the post office. Reselling small or large amounts should be fun. I heard you say if I don't have a draft bank I'm not covered in case of an emergency. Makes me think if I have health problems it's going to be hard to maintain my sales. Since you have savings you should look into more passive income so if u get sick longer you have something that works for you rather than waits for you to list to make money. Take it easy you don't want to have a relapse of Covid symptoms reoccurring. Best on your journey. Question: What's the end goal for you & eBay ?

Don't be too hard on yourself. Covid really takes it out of you and you might not be at 100% for a month (maybe two!). Just do your best but make sure to rest!!
