My dad was really sick and passed away a few years ago around Christmas so the holidays are always hard for me but seeing your family and your dad's sweet messages really comforted me and seeing all the love around you guys helped me find peace during the holidays! This year I decided to go no contact with my family (hopefully temporarily). They have always made me feel bad and I usually don't have a good time with them. But I didn't realize that I would grieve for my family and its been hard this holiday. I almost feel like I'm kinda part of your family when watching these and makes me feel at ease. Uncle Tracy is so right, we need to try and focus on the good. But it is okay to give yourself time to grieve what we realized we lost too. Its just a balancing act and we're both learning how to treat ourselves with respect :) Thank you and your family so much

Maybe I wasn't the most productive, but it's a break for a reason and I got to see so many of my hometown friends and ate a lot of good food.
