Very nice know one thing that gets me is that on all the poler Express models they put the poler Express name on the top of the car on the real poler Express the logo is under the windows.
You know that Lionel is making an "Acela" version of this, yes? I've already pre-ordered it including the add-ons. Cannot wait to see the end product. Such a great color scheme, am I right?
I caught your layout today for the first time. Nice work. May I ask, are those Atlas switches? What did you do with the switch machines? I don’t see them. I have been planning a new layout and I am having a hard time deciding between Atlas and Ross track and switches. Thanks.
All track is Atlas, with the exception of one curved switch track, which is Ross. All track has been weathered (painted) for added realism. We have had good luck with Atlas, although finding it is sometimes a challenge.
@@carlpeduzzi3780 We actually removed them as I was never a fan of how big they were. There is an option to mount them from below but we haven't taken that step yet.
One nice detailed train set. Thanks for sharing.
Awesome layout and great run session. Thanks for sharing. Happy Railroading!

There are 11 cars nice
That's a nice layout and train.
I wonder what the correct order for 11 coaches might be?

How did you hide the switch machines?

I love that engine. Where can I get one and how much will it cost me??!
The MSRP is $1,500 for the locomotive and tender. You can purchase it on Lionel’s website or from dealers such as TrainWorld or Legacy Station.
