Kul milake 5% bache serious padhte hai unko hi ye college milega! Resources ka naam lekar excuses matt banao! Internet aur YT ko milake infinite resources hai.
You can see this thing from both perspectives. Yes, those students studying in top Institutes to get top facilities and funding as they worked hard for this. But, it's also true the students that couldn't get into those universities also deserve to get good education. Considering both the factors, govt should do 3 things: increase funding in education sector, increase number of seats in top universities and also provide some support to students not able to get in too colleges.
